Renovation and build
Our own site team handles hacking, wet works, carpentry, electrical and finishing, with one project lead and a weekly photo report.
A renovation is only as good as its site management. Every Ruang build has a named project lead, a written programme and a Friday photo report, so you always know what happened this week and what happens next.
We apply for management approval and renovation permits, protect common areas, and leave the site clean every evening. Payments follow completed stages, never the calendar.

Defects and warranty
A joint defects walk, fixes within 14 days and a 12-month warranty.
Questions
How long does a condominium renovation take?
Most full condominium renovations take 8 to 12 weeks on site after approvals. Kitchens alone take about 4 weeks.
How are payments staged?
Typically 30 percent to start, then payments at completion of wet works, carpentry installation and handover.
