Questions before you order
How do I order?
Add items to your order list and tap Send order on WhatsApp. The list arrives already written out; we reply to confirm stock, delivery and payment. No account needed.
How long does delivery take?
2-4 working days in Peninsular Malaysia and 4-7 to Sabah and Sarawak. Delivery is free over RM150, otherwise RM8 (Peninsular) or RM15 (East Malaysia).
How do I pay?
Once we confirm your order on WhatsApp we send a secure payment link (FPX online banking, cards or e-wallets) or our bank details. In store we take cash, cards and DuitNow QR.
Can I put hot drinks in every bottle?
Yes, except the Tadpole kids' flask, which has a straw and is for cold drinks only. Leave a little space at the top for hot drinks and open the lid slowly.
What does the warranty cover?
Two years on insulation and seals for bottles and tumblers, one year on accessories and kids' lids. If it stops keeping temperature, we replace it. Dents and scratches from drops are not covered.
Do you do corporate or bulk orders?
Yes, from 30 pieces, with laser engraving of your logo. Message us on WhatsApp with the quantity and date and we will send a quotation within one working day.
