Questions before you order
How do I order?
Add items to your order list and tap Send order on WhatsApp. The list arrives already written out; we reply to confirm stock, delivery and payment. No account needed.
How long does delivery take?
2-4 working days in Peninsular Malaysia and 4-7 to Sabah and Sarawak. Delivery is free over RM150, otherwise RM8 (Peninsular) or RM15 (East Malaysia).
How do I pay?
Once we confirm your order on WhatsApp we send a secure payment link (FPX online banking, cards or e-wallets) or our bank details. In store we take cash, cards and DuitNow QR.
Can I put hot drinks in every bottle?
Yes, except the Tadpole kids' flask, which has a straw and is for cold drinks only. Leave a little space at the top for hot drinks and open the lid slowly.
