Overview
Our largest project to date. The developer needed the building weathertight in six months to meet a tenant's move-in date, so we split the frame into twelve erection zones and fabricated in the same order, delivering each zone just in time for the crane.
The rafters were spliced at the ridge on the ground and lifted in pairs by our 80-tonne crane. Cladding contractors started on the first span three weeks after the first column went up.
