Structural welder (FCAW and SMAW)
Weld beams, columns, trusses and stairs in our covered yard to qualified procedures, with a team of 50 fabricators.
Role details
What you will do
- Fit up and weld structural members from shop drawings
- Work to qualified welding procedures and inspection hold points
- Keep your bay safe, tidy and ready for the next shift
What you bring
- Three or more years of structural welding
- Able to read shop drawings
- Welder certificate, or willing to be certified with us

Steel detailer
Build 3D steel models and produce shop drawings, erection drawings and bolt lists for engineers to approve.
Role details
What you will do
- Model structures and connections from engineers' drawings
- Issue shop drawings and track approval comments
- Answer fabricators' questions on the yard floor
What you bring
- Diploma or degree in civil or structural engineering
- Two or more years with 3D steel detailing software
- A careful eye for dimensions and revisions

Site safety supervisor
Keep our erection crews safe: lifting plans, permits, toolbox talks and daily inspections on two to three live sites.
Role details
What you will do
- Run daily toolbox talks and site inspections
- Check lifting plans, harnesses and work-at-height permits
- Report incidents and near misses and follow them up
What you bring
- Site safety supervisor certificate
- Three or more years on construction sites
- Own transport and a valid driving licence
