Delivery areas and times
We deliver across Malaysia. Peninsular Malaysia: usually 2 to 4 working days after we confirm your order. Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan: usually 4 to 7 working days.
Delivery charges
The delivery charge is shown when we confirm your order. Where a free-delivery threshold applies, it is stated on the website.
Returns
If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, tell us within 7 days of receiving it, with a photo, at sales@litargadget.example or on WhatsApp. We will replace it or refund you.
Unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days for an exchange. Personalised or engraved items cannot be returned unless faulty.
Warranty
Manufacturing defects are covered for the warranty period stated on each product page. The warranty does not cover wear, drops or misuse.
Refunds
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 7 working days.
